New US-East & GBR Probe Server, scheduled 3 weeks ago

On September 27, 2019, 16:00 UTC, we will be adding a new probe server to the following locations: US-East, GBR.

US-New York(Equinix)-16:

GB-London(Telecity)-12:

212.71.247.26 / 2a01:7e00::f03c:91ff:fea4:a47e

Please adjust your firewalls appropriately if you whitelist.

An updated list of all IP addresses for our probe servers can be found in the support menu once logged in.

Check Servers Packet Loss Sydney

We are aware of packet loss & latency issues at the provider of our Sydney probe servers, the provider has been notified. We're monitoring the situation, and we'll provide updates as we learn more information.

Resolved - 18:20 UTC One of the provider's customers was under DDOS which caused the issue, they have suspended their service. The affected provider has confirmed that this issue has been resolved and we have confirmed that connectivity has remained stable.

Database Connectivity issues with response time database

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with one of our databases responsible for tracking check response times. It is currently failing over to a backup server and we expect it to be back online shortly.

Update - This issue has been fully resolved.
